BREAKING: Warrant issued for man sought in Park Avenue shooting

RACINE, Wis. – Detectives with the Racine Police Department have developed a suspect in a shooting that happened in the 900 block of Park Avenue on Sept. 29.

Dedrick Flowers, 41, of Racine, has been named a suspect in the shooting, which resulted in a man being shot multiple times.

Flowers is described as being six-feet-two-inches tall. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. He is considered armed and dangerous.
