Randy Raymond Promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Insurance at Johnson Financial Group

Milwaukee, Wisconsin. March 11, 2019.  Joanne Szymaszek, President of Johnson Insurance, announced that Randy Raymond has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Insurance. Raymond will be based at Johnson Financial Group’s Brookfield location and will spend time in each region companywide leading a team of over 40 licensed sales professionals to provide insurance solutions to commercial clients.

“Randy brings a wealth of commercial insurance experience and continues to demonstrate his passion for coaching and leadership to benefit our clients,” says Szymaszek.  “He is passionate about helping clients understand their risks and the solutions available to support their business.”

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Raymond most recently served as Vice President, Commercial Insurance Consultant at Johnson Financial Group. Prior to joining Johnson Financial Group in 2014, Raymond worked as Senior Loss Control Specialist and Sales Representative at Federated Insurance. He is experienced in safety and risk management solutions in addition to addressing construction, manufacturing, and agricultural risks.  

Raymond is a designated Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow and Professional Workers’ Compensation Advisor. An active member of his community, he is a member of the Wisconsin Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association (WPMCA).
