Be A Fit MamaBurlington-based Fit Mama Fitness will start offering fitness classes for moms and their children starting Tuesday.

Theresa Faudree, a new mom herself, started the company because she saw that many moms have difficulty finding time to work out. So she decided to start her own classes.

The 45-minute classes will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Case Eagle Park in Rochester. The park is located just west of the intersection of State Highway 36 and County Highway J.

Q&A About Fit Mama Fitness

What services do you offer?¬†Often times moms don’t find time to workout, or they have to find childcare if they do. This is a 45-minute total body cardio and toning class where kids can join! It’s a great way to build confidence, get in shape, and bond with your child. The use of strollers, body weight, and dumbbells are all an option since this is a class for all fitness levels and ages.

Why did you choose that location? It’s a beautiful park setting with plenty of room to move! It also has a fun playground.

What can people expect? Clients can expect a great workout while having fun with their child. A fitness class structured and focusing on the whole body. Effective workouts with proven results.
