Burlington-based Fit Mama Fitness will start offering fitness classes for moms and their children starting Tuesday.
Theresa Faudree, a new mom herself, started the company because she saw that many moms have difficulty finding time to work out. So she decided to start her own classes.
The 45-minute classes will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Case Eagle Park in Rochester. The park is located just west of the intersection of State Highway 36 and County Highway J.
